Privaire is the private referral network layer of the Shoutback system.
A small group of non-competing businesses, one per category, with the introductions worked deliberately every month instead of being left to whoever happens to remember.
Most referral relationships start well — a warm introduction, a mutual agreement to send business to each other, a coffee meeting with genuine intention. Then life happens. No central place to coordinate. No way to stay visible. The relationship fades not because trust was lost, but because there was nothing holding it in place.
The tools that exist weren't built for this. LinkedIn is public — sharing a lead or making a warm introduction happens in front of everyone, which changes the dynamic entirely. Email introductions work once but don't build an ongoing network. Most referral relationships fade because there is no structure supporting them.
of users now prefer engaging in private or semi-private settings over public social feeds.

Email introductions work once but don't create an ongoing referral network. Every introduction starts from zero.
LinkedIn is public and not built for trusted referral relationships. Sharing a lead or coordinating an introduction happens in front of everyone.
Referral partners have no central place to coordinate opportunities, track introductions, or plan joint events without juggling separate channels.
Most referral relationships fade because there is no structure supporting them — not because the trust was lost.
Without Privaire
Referral partners exist in your contacts. Introductions happen by email. Events are coordinated in threads. Relationships fade between interactions.
With Privaire
Referral partners have a private shared space. Introductions are tracked. Events are coordinated in one place. Trust compounds over time.
A warm email introduction is the best thing a referral partner can do. It is also a one-time event. The relationship either grows from there or quietly fades. Email has no mechanism for keeping it alive.
Privaire
One-time introduction — the relationship starts and immediately has nowhere to go
Persistent relationship — partners stay visible and connected without anyone having to remember to follow up
Lost in inboxes — referral opportunities mentioned once and never acted on
Introductions requested, routed and logged — so nothing depends on somebody remembering to follow up
No event coordination — joint events require separate threads nobody keeps track of
Built-in events — create, invite, and manage joint client events inside the platform
No partner collaboration — each referral relationship exists in isolation
Deliberate introductions — worked every month and logged, rather than mentioned once and forgotten
Shoutback runs your referral system end to end — the assessment, the 90-day roadmap, the campaign playbooks, and the partner invitation and onboarding toolkits. Privaire is the infrastructure layer that makes the partner relationships that system produces sustainable over time. Without it, partner relationships are managed across email, phone, and LinkedIn. With it, they have a home.
It is not designed for follower counts, content algorithms, or audience growth. It has one job: give referral relationships the private infrastructure they need to stay active and produce results.
A wealth manager who builds a Privaire network with a CPA, an estate attorney, and a commercial contractor has a referral ecosystem that runs continuously — without weekly meetings, without LinkedIn posting, and without depending on anyone's memory to stay in touch.
That is what the Shoutback system produces when the infrastructure is in place.
A wealth manager, a contractor, a marketing agency, a dental practice — each with their own clients and referral partners, all inside one private network of non-competing local businesses. No two businesses in the same category. No one poaching anyone else's relationships.
The shared space where referral partners make introductions, coordinate events, and stay visible to one another. Clients never see this room. They simply benefit from the businesses inside it — vouched for by the person who brought them in.
Partners control what appears. Trust is the filter — not an algorithm. This ties directly to how Shoutback builds your partner network.
Nobody gets into a Private Circle by being asked to “refer a friend.” A business invites its own best clients as members instead, because they are valued clients — and membership brings private events, first access and, on many invitations, the standing to bring a guest. Nobody is pitched, and nobody is asked for a referral.
Layer 2 — Private Referral Circle
Every business has its own private referral circle where clients, advocates, and strategic partners can connect without being exposed to the broader network.
Layer 2 — Private Referral Circle
Their B2B clients and referral partners. Their space. Completely separate from every other business in the network. They control the content, the invites, the conversation.
Layer 2 — Private Referral Circle
Property managers, general contractors, and repeat clients — private, permission-based, and completely walled from other businesses in the network.
Forty-five minutes, once a month, facilitated by Shoutback. Not a networking meeting and nobody gives a commercial. What introductions were made since last month, what opportunities are open, who each of us is trying to meet, and who around the table can make that introduction.
This is the difference between a list of businesses and a network that produces. Relationships between partners fade in the gaps, and the meeting is what closes them — roughly nine hours a year rather than a breakfast every week.
Hosts and partners only. Clients are never in this meeting, and nothing said in it is visible to them.
A ghost town with a beautiful front door is still a ghost town. Every Privaire feature is designed to keep referral relationships active — not just present.
Create, promote, and manage exclusive events — dinners, tastings, joint client gatherings — and invite exactly who belongs there. Referral partners and their clients. Members RSVP inside the platform.
Forty-five minutes a month, facilitated by Shoutback. What introductions were made, what is open, who each member wants to meet, and who at the table can make it happen.
Introduce two referral partners directly — inside the platform, with context attached. The introduction carries the weight of trust because it comes from a source they already know.
See which categories are filled and which are open. One business per category, so a competitor of yours can never be admitted while you hold your seat.
Ask for an introduction to any business in the network and it routes to whoever brought you in. No open inbox, no cold approaches between members, and nobody handing out anyone’s contact details.
Every introduction recorded when it is made, not reconstructed later from memory. You can always see what your seat has produced, and so can the Host. There is no feed to scroll and no algorithm deciding what matters.
Members can bring someone to many invitations. A referral reframed as something they are sharing rather than a favor they owe — and the guest arrives through them, never through us.
The most successful brands create intimate ecosystems where communities thrive on authentic engagement rather than shallow transactions. Brands are replacing transactional interactions by blending human empathy and scalable technology to foster collective credibility and deeper loyalty.

Referral partners are invited by a business they already trust — and they arrive into a space that reflects that. Private. Organized. Completely separate from the noise of social media.
On mobile or desktop, the experience is the same: their private circle, the shared network lobby, upcoming events, and the introductions made to and by them — all in one place, built for trusted relationships.
Privaire sends the invitation on your behalf. The partner opts in, downloads the app or opens a browser, and they're in. No complex onboarding. No friction between an introduction and showing up.
Privaire networks are built on trust, which means you cannot apply. You come in because a business that already knows you asked you to, and then you hold the only seat in your category for as long as you keep it.
Every Privaire network is hosted by a business that builds it. You choose the categories and make the introductions. Shoutback designs it, onboards every partner and operates it.
$900 a year, or $99 a month · by invitation

If a business you work with is on Privaire, tell us who and we'll pass your request to them. If you'd rather build your own network, say so and we'll route it that way instead.
Got it. We'll be in touch shortly — usually the same business day.
When you join Privaire, you do not land in a platform and figure it out alone. Within a few days of joining, every business in your network — the anchor host and all partner members — gets on a live call together.
45 minutes. Small group. Each business introduces themselves and their ideal referral, you understand how the network works in practice, and you leave having made at least two introductions that matter. By the end of that call, you know exactly why the invitation was worth accepting.
The Welcome Call Agenda
Introductions
Each business: who they are, who they serve, and their ideal referral in one sentence.
How the Network Works
Network Lobby, Private Circles, events, and how an introduction actually gets requested, made and recorded.
Live Introductions
Two or three specific introductions made on the call between members who should know each other.
First Shared Opportunity
One joint event or referral opportunity agreed on before the call ends.
Your client list is never shared. Privaire does not aggregate, sell, or expose your data. Your referral relationships belong to you — permanently.
Every connection requires your permission. Nothing happens in the network without your say-so. You control who your clients and partners meet, and when.
No two businesses in the same category. Your position in the referral network is exclusive. No one in your vertical competes inside your network.
Circles are completely walled. Other partners cannot see your clients, contact them, or access their information. Your circle is yours alone.
Operated by Shoutback Concepts, LLC — with legal and operational safeguards protecting every member at every level.
These are the real questions — not the ones a brochure wants you to ask, but the ones you'd ask a colleague who just joined.
"Is this just another networking group I'll join and never use?"
That's a fair concern — most networking groups are built on hope and obligation. Privaire is different in one specific way: every member is personally invited and vetted by a host who's putting their own reputation behind the introduction — no one gets in cold. The welcome call puts you in a room with 3–5 businesses you already have a connection to through your host. If you don't find value in the first 90 days, you can step back. No contract, no hard feelings.
"Will my competitors be in my network?"
No. That's not a policy — it's the architecture. No two businesses in the same category can exist inside the same network. Your position is exclusive. If you're the CPA in a network, no other CPA gets invited in. The Network Host controls membership and has every incentive to keep the network clean — their own referral relationships depend on it.
"What if I join and nobody sends me any business?"
The welcome call is designed specifically to prevent that. Before it ends, you'll have made at least two specific introductions with people in your network and agreed on a first shared opportunity. Beyond that, the network has participation standards — every member is expected to turn up to the monthly meeting and make an introduction when there is a genuine fit. Members who don't participate get a conversation, then a 30-day notice. The network only works if everyone is in it.
"What does my Network Host commit to?"
Your host — the Shoutback client who built and invited you into this network — commits to making introductions when a genuine fit exists and keeping the network’s membership honest. Shoutback runs the monthly meeting, the onboarding and the reporting — the Host does not have to administer it. They're not just a member. They built this because they believe in the people in it — including you.
"What's the catch?"
There isn't one. You're in because your host vetted you as someone the other partners in that network should know — that's the whole filter. What's expected in return is participation: showing up to the monthly meeting and making an introduction when one genuinely fits. The invitation and that standard are what keep the network worth belonging to.
"Can I leave if it's not working?"
Yes, and there is no notice period. Write to us and your seat ends at the close of the period you have already paid for — no penalty and no pressure. We would rather you tell us it is not working than stay somewhere that is not delivering. The only ask: give it a couple of quarters and one genuine attempt at a referral before you decide. Most people who leave do so before they have actually tried.
"Who runs this — is this a real company?"
Privaire is operated by Shoutback Concepts, LLC — a referral growth company that helps mid-market professional service businesses build systematic referral programs. Privaire is the infrastructure layer of that system. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for anything other than running your network. Your client list belongs to you permanently.
